Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration to manage and direct all aspects of CFSG business, including:

Job Requirements

University degree or equivalent- qualifications in IIQE/HKSI/MPF/CFP/CM will be preferred; Proven track record in growing customer portfolio, driving sales, meeting and exceeding targets; Sound knowledge and solid experience in distributing financial products and services, including but not limited to full-fledged investment and insurance products; Hands-on experience with marketing, client acquisition and business development; Knowledge and experience in corporate banking products and services will be a plus; Ability to team up with cross-divisional specialists in facilitating potential cross-selling/upselling opportunities Highly agile in learning, adapting to ever-changing business environment, and with strong ability to cope with fast, dynamic pace; proactive, mature, independent, customer-focused, result-oriented with problem-solving attitude; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Ability to travel abroad for business development will be a definite advantage.
