RE: MBV International Limited (#1957) LOBAL OFFERING NOT TO PROCEED
The Company announces that, having consulted with the Joint Bookrunners, it has decided not to proceed with the Global Offering and its proposed listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the time being due to the consideration of the prevailing volatile market conditions. The International Underwriting Agreement relating to the International Placing will not be entered into and the Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement relating to the Hong Kong Public Offering will therefore not become unconditional.
