RE: Heaven-Sent Gold Group Company Limited (#1342) Postponement of the Global Offering
According to the Prospectus, Heaven-Sent Gold Group Company Limited (the “Company”) announces that it has decided to postpone its proposed listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. The Company, having consulted the Sole Global Coordinator, has decided that the Global Offering will not proceed pursuant to the Prospectus. Accordingly, the International Underwriting Agreement relating to the International Offering will not be entered into and the Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement relating to the Hong Kong Public Offering will not become unconditional.
