RE: Wenling Zhejiang Measuring and Cutting Tools Trading Centre Company Limited DELAY IN LISTING TIMETABLE
According to the Prospectus, an announcement (the “Announcement”) containing information regarding the final Offer Price, the level of indication of interest in the International Placing, the level of applications in the Hong Kong Public Offering and the basis of allocation of the Hong Kong Offer Shares shall be published by no later than 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 5 November 2019. The board of directors (the “Board”) would like to announce that additional time is necessary to finalise the above Announcement and to obtain clearance from the regulators, so there will be a delay in the Listing timetable. The Board will update the market as soon as practicable.
