The Company announces that, having consulted with the Joint Global Coordinators, it has decided at this time not to proceed with the Global Offering and its proposed listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited due to the consideration of several factors, including the prevailing market conditions. On Wednesday, 30 October 2019, a full refund in respect of wholly or partially unsuccessful applicants (including brokerage, the SFC transaction levy and the Stock Exchange trading fee) would be made by the Company to the applicants.
