Phase 2 of the extension of trading sessions of HKEx’s securities and derivatives markets will be implemented starting from 5 March 2012 (Monday). The new afternoon trading sessions of securities will run from 13:00 to 16:00.
The new afternoon trading sessions of HKEx’s index futures and index options market will run from 13:00 to 16:15. The afternoon pre-market opening period will also start earlier commencing from 5 March 2012 (Monday). Please refer to Tables 1 and 2 below for details. In order to facilitate and continue to provide professional support to our client, there will be new arrangement on our service hours of Client Services (Headquarters & Branches), Client Services Hotline, Settlement Counter and HK Securities, Futures and Options Dealing Hotline from 5 March 2012. The arrangement is listed as follow:
