Mr Raymond Cheng joined the Independent Board on 18 September 2002. Mr Cheng has extensive experience in watch manufacturing industry and is the managing director of a watch manufacturing and trading company in Hong Kong. Mr Cheng is also a member of The Watch and Clock Advisory Committee of HK Trade Development Council and an advisor of The Federation of Hong Kong Watch Trades and Industries Limited. Mr Cheng is also the chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Mr Charles Lo joined the Independent Board on 27 October 2008. Mr Lo is a Justice of the Peace for the State of New South Wales, Australia, a Certified Practising Accountant of the CPA Australia, and a fellow member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Mr Lo has over 32 years of professional and business experience in financial and investment services in Australia, Hong Kong and other Asian countries. Mr Lo is currently holding directorship in several listed companies in Hong Kong. Mr Lo is also a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Group.

Mr John Lo joined the Independent Board on 27 September 2005. Mr Lo has extensive experience in the accounting, auditing and finance field and is the managing partner of a certified public accounting firm in Hong Kong. Mr Lo is also a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.

Mr Bankee Kwan is in charge of the Group’s strategic business development and executive management. Mr Kwan has extensive experience in corporate management, strategic planning, marketing management, financial advisory and banking. Mr Kwan is actively involved in public service activities. He is the Honorary Advisor and was the Immediate Past Chairman (2004-2008) of the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA), and a member the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Shanghai Committee. He has also been a member of the Central Policy Unit of the HKSAR government. He is a Quality Tourism Services Association advisor, a general committee member of the Hong Kong Brand Development Council, a member of China Trade Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, a director of the GS1 Hong Kong Board, an honorary advisor of the CEPA Business Opportunities Development Alliance, a member of the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency Governing Council, and the Retail Trade Training Board of Vocational Training Council.
